GoGreenGuru Community Guidelines
Introduction
GoGreenGuru is a community-oriented portal to promote the cause of sustainability. It aims to foster and promote knowledge, information and ideas sharing, collaboration, community engagement, and support among community members in the pursuit of a sustainable lifestyle. It also helps promote sustainable products, services, and practices among community members. These are some of the Community Guidelines to enable the above objectives.
Respect to all
We advocate respect to all, even if their views and ideas are divergent. All communications and posts on the GoGreenGuru portal should reflect the same. Please maintain proper decorum in the posts and discussions in community groups, forums, and reviews.
Abuse
Abuse in any and all forms is prohibited on the GoGreenGuru site.
Hate speech
Any Hate speech on a group or individual based on their race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, age, sex, religion, beliefs, ideologies, practice, medical condition, or disability is strictly prohibited. The use of slurs in a disparaging way and calling for violence, exclusion, or segregation of protected classes is prohibited.
Harassment
Any harassment in form of stalking, bullying, or any other form is prohibited.
Infringement
We respect all intellectual property rights. No content, product, or service is allowed in the site which infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights, If any such violation is bought to our attention with proper proof it would be removed from the site.
Fraud
Any form of fraud or malicious deeds is prohibited including but not limited to
Incorrect, false, or misleading information
Impersonation.
Selling of fake products or services
Compliance to law
No action, post, or transaction is allowed which violates any law for the time it is in force or threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nations. The sale of any illegal or banned substances, including but not limited, firearms, explosives, weapons, hazardous chemicals, narcotics, psychotic substances, etc. is prohibited. The sale of prescription drugs and pharmacy preparations is not allowed on the site.
Illegal content:
All forms of content which are defamatory, violent, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy including bodily privacy, insults or harassment based on gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relaying or encouraging money laundering, illegal scams, gambling, prostitution, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force, is prohibited.

Selling of illegal products, services, or technology
Selling products or services that are harmful
Promoting escort services or prostitution, illegal streaming links or websites, get rich quick schemes, rapid weight loss programs, and scams like advance-fee scams
Malicious Software
Please ensure that access is from the device which is safe and secure. Prevent the spread of malicious software like viruses, trojan horse, ransomware, bots on the site by using proper precautions and antivirus software.
